Print on Demand Orders

We source some of our seasonal products through a third party printing company who overseas the printing, quality control, packaging, and shipping of our goods. Due to this, some sales may be final. If a product is final sale, we will note this on the product page. 

However, if your purchase is defected and/or damaged upon arrival, we will honor an exchange up to 14 days from when the product was received. Upon the return of the damaged item, a replacement item will be produced and sent. To initiate a return of damaged goods, please contact our support team at Include your order number, the reason for the exchange and any other pertinent information. We may request images be sent to share with our printing partners.

If an exchange for a damaged good needs to be made, the customer is responsible for paying for shipping costs to return the item(s). Shipping costs are nonrefundable. If for any reason you receive a store credit and/or refund, you will not be refunded the cost of return shipping.

Please note- we do not exchange products for sizing issues. If you are unsure about a size, feel free to contact us here.

Print on Demand Cancellations

To cancel an order, contact our support team at within 10 hours of when the order was placed. We will do our best to cancel any orders after this period but once production begins, we can no longer cancel the order.

Print on Demand Shipping

The sourcing and printing of our products are facilitated by our esteemed printing partners situated in the United States (and with some products, Canada or the EU). The transit period for purchased items to reach your designated location typically falls 1 to 3 weeks, depending upon your geographical location.

Shipping times can potentially extended further as a result of unforeseen delays beyond our control. Patrons residing outside of the North American and EU regions should expect extended shipping times. While we are dedicated to expediting the delivery process, we cannot provide guaranteed timelines for order processing, shipping, and delivery. Please note- we do not offer refunds for delivery delays.

Once the order is shipped, some shipping carriers and express checkout apps may provide delivery status updates. Please reach out to them with any shipping inquiries.

In-Stock Orders

Our hours of operation are Monday through Friday, 8am – 5pm EST (not including holidays). Although we strive to fulfill and ship all orders the day it is received, there are certain variables that may extend this turnaround time – for example, holidays. Additionally, it is important to note that orders placed after 2pm EST will not ship until the next business day. As such, if an order is placed on a Friday, it will not ship until Monday. Transit times are dependent on the shipping method chosen during checkout and the distance of your delivery location from our warehouse.   


We take your privacy very seriously, so the following precautions are taken to ensure no one gives your special package a second look! All orders are shipped in a plain brown box or padded envelope free of any logos or recognizable features. Additionally, shipping labels are nondescript, displaying the sender's name as Metro. Should you require additional discretion when shipping your order, please contact, referencing your order number in the subject line. 


Domestic orders are shipped via USPS Ground Advantage. Tracking information is always provided and traceable through the carrier. Packages are dispatched uninsured. Should you require insurance for your parcel, please contact, referencing your order number in the subject line. Please note, additional fees will apply to insure your package. Sean Cody Apparel is not liable for any lost, stolen, or damaged packages, including those shipped to an APO, FPO, or PO Box. 


International orders are shipped via FedEx International, or in some cases USPS Ground International. Prices are calculated using live rates and dependent upon the weight and size of the order along with its destination address. Packages are dispatched uninsured. Should you require insurance for your parcel, please contact, referencing your order number in the subject line. Please note, additional fees will apply to insure your package. Tracking information is always provided and traceable through the carrier. Buyers are fully responsible for complying with their country's laws, Customs regulations, taxes, and duties. Sean Cody Apparel is not responsible for any lost, stolen, damaged, delayed, or detained packages. 


We have instituted automatic filters in the checkout process that prevents us from shipping to prisons, schools, or places of worship. If you believe your address is triggering one of these filters, please contact  


Should your order be returned to us as undeliverable (due to an incorrect address, missing apartment number, etc.), we will notify you by email. Should it be determined that the delivery problem was due to an error on the part of, then we will either replace your order or issue a refund. Please allow ten (10) business days to investigate the shipping issue to determine if a replacement or refund will be provided. 

Please note: if an order is returned to us due to an undeliverable address in which the customer provided during check out, then it is the responsibility of the customer to reach out to the carrier using the tracking number provided to determine why the package was returned to sender. The customer may be provided the opportunity to pick up the package at one of the carrier's local facilities. However, this is solely up to the carrier, and Sean Cody Apparel can not help facilitate this effort. Additionally, we can not guarantee that your returned package will be delivered back safely to our facilities, but will do our best to locate the package if it is returned, and issue your replacement or refund minus any shipping costs, as soon as possible.
